The Night Crew

I like that I've been up so late the last few days. I've been able to watch "Angel" reruns on TNT.

There really isn't anything quite like being able to catch good shows on rerun late at night, is there?

My roommates used to live in this apartment with a bunch of people where it was an absolute tradition for everyone to stop what they were doing (sometimes, even if it was sleeping), pile in to the living room, and watch Cops at 4 in the morning, then go back to what they were doing immediately after. No one said a word about it, either. It just happened.

My roommate and I used to do that with the X-Files my freshman and sophomore year of college. On Wednesday nights TNT would play X-Files marathons until about 5am, which sucked because we usually had to be at class by 8:30.

Some things just take precedence.

Yeah, see there's a reason I'm not in school anymore.

I just made a couple turkey sandwiches, and my cat is stalking my plate...waiting for her moment to strike!

An elusive and difficult target!

I love it when cats bring you things like socks and give you this little "look what I killed!".

 

[RoJoHen]

Mine doesn't really do that. She's more like, "Ooh, what did you make me for dinner? It looks delicious!"

 

[Philo]

Mine doesn't do that because I never feed him any human food (not to suggest that you do). Sometimes when something's right within his grasp though, he'll smell it with this kind of "Oh, and just what is this? I think I might just be supposed to like this. But I'm not sure"

I try not to feed her human food, but she out-cutes me sometimes and I can't help myself.

Well, I think we know who's training who in your household

And now we're talking about cats in two threads. Awesome. You animal haters can just SUCK IT.

After nearly 9 years, I finally got promoted to Admiral. Woohoo.

Now I'm going to take a nap because I'm going to see QoS in 4 hours.
