My mom wants the kids and my girlfriend to come over for a "family meal". This means my aunt and cousin and grandma Bitty will be there. Now I've got no problem with mom or Grandma Bitty (my father's mother who stays in touch with us even though dad doesn't, the bastard) and mom and my girlfriend have gotten on well whenever they have met. But, even though my girlfriend did help me with a lot of my problems earlier this year, I didn't exactly tell her EVERYTHING me and my cousin did, if you know what I mean. I'm worried about how she'll react. I don't see why she should be upset, I mean, she's only my HALF cousin and it was perfectly legal, but my cousin always has a way of twisting things to make me look bad.
The girl told me she likes me more than her dad. I said "YES!" and punched the air. She laughed. Haha, take that, Hoyt!
I'm still worried about the boy. We let the kids stay up to watch the full erection results and Obama's full speech because it was so historic and special and made us glow. But the boy started crying when Obama was declared the winner! I was mad becasue it was such a once in a liftime moment and these moments NEVER come (I wasn't alive to see Kennedy get shot or man land in the moon, and not even my girlfriend is old enough to have been, lol) and he was SPOILING it for me with his behaviour a tad! I was patient and didn't blow my top and asked why he was crying and he said it was because he wanted McCain to win! I said that was stupid and Obama winning has changed the world and he should LIKE IT. My girlfriend said to leave it alone. But I think it's important for parents to install their children with the correct politics.
The girl was happy though and said she would have voted for Obama if she could.
