my first thought about it being Clares, is that the baby was called Noah, then it occurred to me that, since he had recently been working with Noah, he named the kid after the man who helped him turn around his life.

I do agree Elle would be an interesting choice, however if Sylar is "good" wouldnt she tempt him back to the path of bad, her being a sadist and all.

Future Claire said that about Sylar? Wow, I missed that, what exactly did she say? I probably interpreted it as him being accidentally responsible for the elder Noah's death (hence naming his son in his honor).

i dont recall the exact quote, it was something like "youve ruined my family", your "accidentally responsible for the elder Noah's death" works as well.

Does it even matter? It will be changed as soon as they change the future again. And next season we will probably see a future with him married to someone else...

I can't see Baby Noah happening in the present timeline. The writers have shown a marked tendency to dispense with kids as a drag on the plotline. Matt's baby, Nathan's two boys, Micah, Molly - they can't bet bothered to keep any of them around.

Matt and Daphne's daughter will be lucky to exist, too. At least they have the turtle.
