One of the many reasons I love Trek is that they got so many great character actors to play guest roles. Leland Orser, Jeffrey Combs, Vaughn Armstrong, Brad Dourif. I wish Dourif (Suder in VOY) got offered a DS9 role, because I think he'd really fit in there. Suder was cool, but a wasted opportunity, because he was killed off too early.

Yeah, he's got that very distinctive voice.
Orser was also in Pearl Harbor (2001) as well , IIRC.
