For some reason, I really think this is version 1 of the bridge, and sometime during the film Enterprise gets the shit beat out of her, and at the end of the film when Kirk becomes Captain Kirk, the Enterprise bridge will be more like the original after the repairs are complete.

I have to disagree. I think this bridge looks very advanced and high tech. To move closer in direction to the way it looked like during the 60s TV show would be a step backwards in my opinion.
