The mask is the only thing that stopped me last year. I think I might have it figured out, but any suggestions would be appreciated!
I wouldnt be able to wear the helmet at work. Security protocols. No heels either, walking around in those things for 8 hours is not a good idea.
Depends on how it looks on me. If I wind up looking like a porn star or a stripper.....I really dont think I will wear it.
... No I will just take the opportunity to wear some comfy jeans and a tank top, I will be a biker chick. I will even ride the bike to work.
HelMET! Sorry.... Anywhos.... Eh I think its the checkered stripe running down the side of a curvaceous body that would make the costume....personally.
Well we don't really officially have Halloween here. Besides I am to effin busy to dress up anyways. But I look forward to seeing all your costumes! And IHR you should totally go with that one piece suit, very hot.
So sad. I've been in search of the perfect red vinyl belt for my Danger Mouse costume. I found one on ebay for $14, which is a good price, but it doesn't have a gold buckle. I'm not sure if I'll be able to find one that has a gold buckle.
Every year we decorate outside to create some scene for the trick-or-treaters as well as their parents to enjoy. One year we did Helm's Deep, another year we made a quidditch field, still another year we made a pirate ship. It's a bit of work, but the work is worth it. Everyone seems to truly enjoy it. With help from some friends also in costume... it works nicely.
We did actually try a bit back with it but we where like one of five people in the town I lived in at the time that tired it. Perhaps I'll do something if they have an Halloween party at my school. In the few times we tried it I went as Wolverine from X-men and a Wraith from LoTR. I usually throw most of my energy into cosplays for conventions though. As for your troubles making the costume, I hope it comes together for you. Can't you take the belt you found and paint the buckle gold? I've done similar things with cosplays several times. DO IT!
I wanted to dress up as Heath Ledger's Joker, but everyone and their mother is doing that this year. I'm gonna go with my backup idea, Zombie Abraham Lincoln.
