The image is a general jab that the viewer can attribute their own meaning. From the resulting posts it seems that people are saying her mother was raped and her birth (in '64) caused the rapist to become a father. That would hardly be her fault.
What? Where did you get that from? The poster is clearly and obviously intended to criticise her policy on abortion following rape. Phoney indignation aside.
