^ Three words: Conan the Barbarian.
that dude's got BOOBS!
Ooo, McKidd would be a fantastic Donald Blake/Thor. Make it happen, Branagh! This will either be brilliant or a total disaster. Branagh is a hugely talented man but has rarely succeeded in making commercial cinema. However, apparently Protovich's script is quite lyrical and period - lots of 'thou', 'thee' etc. Branagh could definitely make that work, given his experience with Shakespeare. And he's more likely to cast someone like Kevin McKidd than Triple H, thank God (of Thunder).
Donald Blake isn't in the movie, but even if he was, they wouldn't be played by the same person.Ooo, McKidd would be a fantastic Donald Blake/Thor. Make it happen, Branagh!
He left late last year, I believe; he's currently directing another comic adaptation, Mark Millar's Kick-Ass.Very interesting. But Matthew Vaughan isn't doing it anymore??? Well then, get Vaughan on Superman!!!
Fair enough. McKidd would still be awesome as Thor.Donald Blake isn't in the movie, but even if he was, they wouldn't be played by the same person.Ooo, McKidd would be a fantastic Donald Blake/Thor. Make it happen, Branagh!
I'd love to sit in on the auditions.
"Okay. Now say, 'Verily.'"

Sorry, I just figured having an actual actor play the character would be nice.Hmm. Ya don't suppose people are picking him because they've seen him before in a toga and cape and can't think outside the box, do ya?
