11 am: PATRICK AND RIGEL WOIDA The Phoenix Has Landed! To celebrate, we are pleased to announce the return of this Mars Mission Team of the Irrepressible Patrick Woida and Fabled Next Gen Engineer Rigel Q Woida, to the Las Vegas Star Trek Convention August 6-10, 2008.

They are coming to share their Star Trek inspired passion for making the future a reality now and experiences of robotically exploring the high northern plains of Mars. As weve come to expect, the Woidas give not only the facts, but the flavor of what its like to participate in 21st Century Space Exploration, with their provocative, humorous, and sometimes controversial style.

We are also looking forward to a peek into the Tranquility Trek mission to the Moon slated for 2009, this pairs next challenge afterPhoenix into the final frontier.

1:00 pm RONALD HELD Private Researcher Is there a Multiverse? In this presentation, lecturer Ronald Held will briefly cover the physical concepts behind multiple universes and the Multiverse. Mr. Held holds a Ph.D. in Astrophysics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. As a private researcher influenced by Star Trek, one of his interests is in faster than light travel.

I sent an e-mail to Sharon (who does the ticket confirmations/invoices) because she's the only person I've heard from over there. I hope she'll forward the complaint. I can't be the only one in this fix.
 
Well, I got through the schedule. Two problems for me on Friday: :scream:

Problem 1:
4:20: autographs with Nichelle in the theater and George opposite registration because he likes to chat with his fans and they'll be needing the theater at ...
4:50: Connor, Dom and Anthony on stage. (I'll have 30 minutes to get through two autograph lines in separate locations (and one of those lines will be moving very slowly). :brickwall:

Problem 2:
1:30: Jolene on stage
1:50: photo op with Nichelle. :brickwall:

Email gary or adam and let them know about this maybe they can figure something out in the schedule I know it said tenative.

Contacted Gary and he's apparently been able to straighten out the problem re: autographs interfering with seeing Connor, et.al., but I'm still going to be stuck re: Nichelle photo vs. Jolene forum. He did say the photos go quick so I hope not to miss too much... Maybe one of my buddies will take notes...

I also asked if the stage appearance on Friday afternoon is when Connor and Dom are doing the special "Vegas Act." He said he thinks they're doing it at one of the parties at The Experience (and they're only listed to appear at the Gold ticket dinner at the Experience Thursday). I envision a lot of unhappy fans ... some aren't even arriving until Friday.... :(

8 pm Gold Patrons Dinner, Free Attractions and theme rides, Entertainment and Party at Star Trek: The Experience (complimentary for Gold Weekend Patrons). There are a few separate tickets available below. Note: we've been told by The Experience that they will reopen at approximately 1am for outside patrons not included in this party. ACK! I never noticed that. Nichelle is the only non-Enterprise photo I signed up for.
 
Where did you find the schedule? I did not receive one and cannot find it at Creationent.com. :confused:

Got to sign up on the site for a newsletter or announcements for shows you are intrested in and then send you announcements with that stuff on it!
