What year and episode is the following scenario from: the episode begins with Voyager having inexplicably made up a lot of distance toward Earth: they refer to being within striking distance, and you wondered if you missed an episode or something. Then they start having all kinds of problems with the ship, like a general disintegration or whatever, I don't remember. Then Janeway and the crew figure out that they're actually not the real Voyager and crew, but some alien species (from a previous episode) that mimicked Voyager and the crew so completely they forgot who they really were until the crisis hit.
As I recall this episode is from the first three seasons, but I've never been able to figure out which episode it is, either from reruns or episode lists.
