I doubt it will happen anytime soon. Someday, the cost of such a reworking would be negligible and it might be contemplated. But I suspect it will remain on the backburner. TOS is popular enough to warrant doing (and it doesn't require too much effort) and Enterprise would take almost no effort at all (despite its status as the least popular show--little effort and cost would be too tempting for the studio to pass up, I think). Even TMP: The Director's Cut would need more reworking than any other title in the film series as the new effects are not HD ready.
