Will there be a new series of books for TNG? I reallllly enjoyed the "A time to..." Series.

Four post-Nemesis TNG novels have been published to date: Death in Winter, Resistance, Q & A, and Before Dishonor. A fifth, Greater Than the Sum, comes out in August. The TNG crew will also be featured in the Destiny trilogy, as I mentioned in your TITAN thread.
