I mean seriously, anyone who's watched this show knows there's about as much science fiction/supernatural stuff going on as any other show out there that would normally be considered sci-fi.
We've got time travel, apparently worm holes/transporting, a floating smoke monseter which might be any number of sci-fi related explanations, (un)dead people showing up everywhere, time displacement between the island and outside the island, apparent eternal youth (see Richard), electro-magnetic anomolies and there's even been talk of alien presence possibly explaining some of this. I'd argue that this show has as much "sci-fi" elements as Battle Star Galactica..........
So, just wondering why it's grouped in with other shows like CSI, Grey's anatomy and other shows when Lost is clearly a Sci-Fi/Supernatural show that just happens to be set in the present.
