Every time someone refers to something as an "old Maquis trick."

Ok how about some wild card rules:
Every time Chakotay says "rubber tree people" you have to dance a rubber tree people jig.
Every time you see a lizard you have to shout Lizard! and lick another person (or their glass).
Every time Barclay stutters you have to stutter uncontrollably.
Every double entendre, (intentional or not) you have to repeat it suggestively, preferably illustrating it with body language.
Every time a character looks like they are struggling with a learning disability you have to yell "Shit for Brains!"
Every time there's a cheesy line in or about Captain Proton you have to shout it with relish.
Every time the nacelles go up you have to sing "Stroooooooke!" in an upward intonation. Every time there's a warp flash (Q included) you have to say "Wink!" in a mousey voice.
Every time a character looks at (or near) a woman's breasts you have to whisper "mammaries".
Every time there are ships moving together you have to make sniffing noises like dogs smelling each other's privates, and bark according to their relative sizes. With shuttles you make kitten noises. The Delta Flyer, a sound that can only be described as sheeps having sex.
Every time a character is left standing alone with their feelings you have to shout "Who needs a hug!" and move to hug someone.
Every time an admiral appears you have to shout "Kiss me, Admiral!" and (air) kiss your neighbor.

This is somewhat rare, but take a drink every time someone makes a semi-veiled reference to having sex on the holodeck.
Why don't we take a drink every time the word "Fire!" is used?

*Chakotay spouts generic Native American wisdom. (Take two if Chakotay is assigned a personality trait in no way connected to being a Native American or a Maquis. Take ten if the writers remember it in a later episode.)
*Voyager gains a one-time technology (transwarp coonduits, slipstream, etc...) that shaves a few years off their journey. (Take two if they encounter a race that should have been left light-years behind afterwards.)
*A problem crewmember is identified as a former Maquis.
*For every "I'm a Doctor, not a..." (Twice if a character other than a Doctor uses some variation of the line.)
*When an actor is wearing age makeup.
