Easily The Fight--poor acting, gratuitous use of Boothby, it has boxing which I hate, drowned in technobabble and really was a mess. This is how you do NOT do an anomaly of the week, high concept episode.
As for the rest--
I like Cathexis. Never got the hate for this one.
I think Threshold is unfairly maligned. It isn't great but I guess the fact that I don't care about how accurate science is depicted in fiction helps. I've never been one to fret over Fun with DNA or any of the crazy things Trek has come up with. Plus there were some nice character moments for Paris. And I like the off-the-wall idea that somewhere down the line humanity will evolve into salamanders.
Favorite Son is way too silly and campy for my tastes. Unforgettable is bad and wasted Virginia Madsen, there was no chemistry, the aliens were dull and the plot didn't interest me in the least.
Spirit Folk isn't as bad as people make it out to be. It certainly doesn't warrant hate, nor does any episode of a tv show actually, but it just was too frivilous. VOY had a bad habit of way too many silly fluff pieces. The Doc was annoying as the preacher, the pranks Tom played didn't serve his character well. I mean here the writers have the Delta Quadrant to give them unique aliens or perspectives or stories to tell but they give us not just one but two Fair Haven stories.
Nightingale just showed Harry stories mostly sucked.

I'm surprised too, I thought it was a fantastic episode
The whole lucid dreaming thing and tapping the back of your hand thing with Chakotay just made me laugh. I couldn't take the episode seriously at all.
Yes, that did seem a bit silly in retrospect. Still, I find the episode had some great moments like Tuvok's dream sequence and the look on Tuvok's face after Janeway tested her theory by walking back into Engineering when there was a "core breach". Good stuff!
Not true at all! These options were chosen as the result of a series of polls (a quick search will show you these polls). This is the fifteenth poll in this series, in fact. Every single episode of Voyager was put up to the vote at one time or another. And just to illustrate that my choices didn't affect the outcome, one of the options on this list (Unforgettable) never got a vote from me in the entire process.
Just because an episode you may have chosen didn't make the cut, please don't assume any bias on my part.

The poll has closed and The Fight has claimed the title of TrekBBS's least favorite episode of VOY. I would have guessed Threshold would win the title, but I guess that supports my thought that inspired these polls in the first place, namely that Threshold isn't the worst Trek ever. Thanks. I'm actually wearing my DP polo shirt in the office, and cranking out some of the early albums in continued celebration of yesterday's 40th anniversary of their first ever concert!
That doesn't really mean anything, because I doubt that everyone had voted. I didn't.
Why not simply ask everyone else what he/she considered to be the worst or best episode and allow each member to give a single answer?
Huh, you do realize that that's just what the poll does, don't you? Also, this is hardly scientific. So maybe we shouldn't take ourselves too seriously and just have a little fun, okay?
