Some AI fake photos out there

Lucy DID open the door for Star Trek…had someone drawn the tribute…

Chesterfield Kings…Lucky Strikes were for wimps

He made it to his 70’s…how, I don’t know.

The most deceptive thing I have seen (apart from a virtual Feynman saying Human Mars missions were impossible)—is this:

A person who doesn’t know better might think that was an actual practical effect…

—the SFX equivalent of that scene in INTERVIEW-where a stage play featured vampires pretending to be humans pretending to be vampires.
it's insane how obviously fake that is to me, so much so than actuslly being cg rendered properly would be...

Must be the glint in her eye.
Here's the original.

As suspected, the Ai didn't color your picture, it replaced everything with a "close enough" facsimile.
All the details are different to varying degrees. A comparison gif that displays properly if you click on it...

If it was me, I'd use the colors from the Ai fake to colorize the original image.
(A very quick example, some tweaking would bring out the best of the image)

Holy sh--! What a revealing use of GIF animation. The Ai even changed the expression playing on her lips. It added a skin crease to his right ring finger. Changed his coat buttons. It faked everything, unprompted. This process destroys what was really there.

Edit: it widened her nostrils! I'm still not over this. WTF!

Someone should make an addon for browsers that flags AI images as such on your screen. I mean there's software for detecting AI written works isn't there? Could there be a programme that can detect AI generated images?
I agree, but the problem is that because of my disabilities and related communication difficulties, I rely on AI a lot. So how would such a programme treat a story which is 100% mine, but checked and formatted by AI?

Well, since I asked about an addon for images, and you are asking about written content, it ... wouldn't? Treat it? At all? Since images are not text?
