It's good.
I might give it a go. I've read a lot of mostly mixed reviews that go from good to bad
well its not compared to the classic 1987 arnold schwartsenegger verison lol
I enjoyed the filmed.
I haven't read the book, so I can't comment on how well it was adapted.
If you're looking for a good, recent King adaptation, I can say that The Life of Chuck is a great one.
Criminal Minds: Evolution
I don't know why I'm watching this. I never watched the original show when it aired. Sometimes those over-the-air stations you never knew existed air giant blocks of episodes in a row on a daily basis like Chicago PD or Without a Trace or Criminal Minds or NCIS and I have that on as background noise.
The writing is not good. This season premiere had two characters awkwardly talk about what other characters are doing, something they already both know anyway. Then they show these other characters doing what they're doing. So they didn't even need the first part.
The way TV shows depict profiling, it's basically the same as Star Trek technobable. The crimes are also pretty sadistic.
