Rival academy class starships?

Since Athena is an academy class starship maybe we'll see a future episode where another academy class ship arrives and the two compete in a rival academy competition. Example: a ship crewed and trained by andorians, tellarites, etc.

It's a little Harry potter movie style i know but it does open up some story possibilities that there's more than one starship out there training a new generation. And yes I know there's the war college prank episode.
