Also, Caleb's father would have to be dark-skinned, so he couldn't be Ake's biological son, unless Lanthanite genetics work differently from human genetics.
Reminds me of Martus Mazur being intended to be Guinan's son, depending on how far along things were before they had to write out the Guinan connection. If the casting had already been done that would have been another layer to the unusual biology of El-Aurians.Also, Caleb's father would have to be dark-skinned, so he couldn't be Ake's biological son, unless Lanthanite genetics work differently from human genetics.

I guess you meant to say: What if Caleb‘s mom is Ake‘s daughter. Otherwise what you said makes no sense. Anisha is Caleb‘s mom.what if calebs mom is anishas daughter

I don‘t think Ake is in any way related to the Mirs. That would just be unnecessary and a little ridiculous.
Anisha being a villain would make great sense thematically. Anisha Mir would be a great foil for Ake and also cause Caleb to question his loyalties to Starfleet and Ake.
However I'm not sure that is what will go down. Anisha seemed genuinely distraught and surprised when she received her sentence. I do think that Braka has a vendetta against Anisha for some reason and he's hoping that Caleb and Ake are going to lead him to her.
