NCIS franchise

Not on Canadian P+ yet, but I can’t just catch it on-demand on cable.

The Australian ship at the start of Sydney used its real name, in contrast where the original liked to make up ships

Gibbs is going rogue and there's only one person he can go to for help.

noticed during the opening title sequence of the OG NCIS season premiere yesterday, the words "Naval Criminal Investigative Service" were added back under the NCIS. They haven't done that since something like season four.

The credit sequence is really weird for OG this season. It's still basically the same sequence they've used for the previous two seasons, but with minor changes like a new title card showing an aircraft carrier with Naval Criminal Investigative Service added beneath the title and a new shot of the car driving towards DC at the end.

Also annoyed they got rid of the rotating image of the team that the credit sequence began with for the last three seasons. That was so cool.

what a crazy season 3 episode 1 of ncis sydney
I've enjoyed it. - So happy it's back.

Like the the new guy character so far. Not thrilled about the upcoming Bluebird storyline tough.Didn't miss her at all. Rosie was my MVP tough.
LMAO for the framed Yellow Vest and Mackie updating JDs dating profile with something to make him a catch.

So Lala lives.
Lala was probabbly the most interesting character in season one, but her surviving the accident, notches down that powerful finale and story a lot.

Yep. Lala being back like nothing happened doesn't really explain how last season was "Lala's story" as narrated by old Gibbs in Alaska. I figured it has to do with him not knowing about Lala's chat with Macy until many after this but it seems underwhelming with her being back like normal.

While I still maintain Lala is the second best character on Origins after Franks, yeah, having her survive the car crash just muddles how S1 is her story, or why it's the one Gibbs never talks about. Although, Origins in S1 actually did a pretty good job dealing with what seemed to be canon flubs and then showing how they make sense what's been established, so I'll assume there is a plan to address this. And at the very least, we get another season of this particular team dynamic, which I sure as shit will not complain about.

yup the infamous yellow vest that i think mackie said it looked like a crosswalk jacket or was it a life jacket

i can imagine if some of jds dates was mackies friends from usa that live in australia or imagine if some of jds dates were deshawns exes from usa that live in australia

Maybe we're building to a bigger death or downfall later on.

Anyway, next episode is Ducky, so I am looking forward to that.

Honestly, I was actually expecting the first season to end with showing Harmon Gibbs sitting by the fire in the Alaskan wilderness, like the series began, with a person in their thirties approaching, who would then be revealed to be child of Gibbs and Lala.
