NFL 2025: A new era dawns?

Wow, the Dolphins are a shit show. I would not have predicted that. I like Tua, and adding Hill should be an insane combo.

To be honest I don’t pay a lot of attention to the AFC, especially early on. But the Dolphins need to get on top of their shit, pronto.

They are starting over again at the end of the season. Same old story for most of the 21st century.
 
Are there quicker hooks in the NFL now? Jake Moody cut after one game, now the Jets cut their kick returner Xavier Gipson after one game and one costly fumble (he also set the ball down despite no contact but it wasn't called a fumble and a teammate with game awareness also jumped on it).

Moody had been struggling since he was drafted in 2023. Niners hung with him longer than they probably should have.

You know, I'm starting to think he might not be the most selfless team player in the NFL. There are rumblings that several "important" players in Dallas aren't crying about his locker room absence.

I know we're supposed to hate everything Jerry Jones does before we even stop to give it any reasonable consideration, but when you look at what Green Bay paid Parsons, that would have crippled their cap for years to beg some guy to come back who has already decided he doesn't like you or want to be here.

I dunno. If someone went all over talking shit about you, you would think, I need to give that person a pile of money to come work for me! That couldn't possibly work out poorly!

Nope. Jerry Jones. Must criticize. Don't dare be thoughtful.

It is possible that it ends up being addition by subtraction. Have to wait and see how it plays out. Though the Packers defense has looked pretty solid through the first two weeks.
