Hmm, we're likely getting a trailer for SNW season 4, probably another trailer for SFA. The other "exciting reveals and surprises?" Who the hell knows at this point?

Yup! No clue. I always recommend low expectations so folks don’t overhype themselves with these events; it could be something smaller than we might have in mind (though still cool), like revealing that Kate Mulgrew is (somehow) popping up on Starfleet Academy next year. Or, it’ll be strictly film-related, which will probably be met with apathy and skepticism from many fans.

But hey, like you said - who knows. It could be something truly wild.

Holo-Janeway could.

Some poeple set the bar truly high when people say things like this. Alas I know because I am one of them! (Shatner! Mulgrew! etc..............)

SDCC was good though this year - the SFA trailer made me 10x more interested in the idea than I was before, and it's cool Sulu and Tuvok are going to be in KHAAAAAAAN!

Does he even WANT it?

Warner Bros. is $34 billion in debt. They're in the process of splitting from Discovery.
David Ellison is spending his father's money. He could buy Warner Bros. with the cash from his father and pay off his debt. Of course, instead of buying it in the name of Paramount, he could buy Warner Bros. in his own name and keep it separate from Paramount, just like Elon Musk bought Twitter.

There's a little thing called antitrust law that makes this exceedingly difficult.
