The rumors now is that the four teams in the USFL division will all be moved. That would be Houston, Birmingham, Memphis and Detroit.
If they do move the Houston franchise, I won't miss them. I just hope their new city renames them and gives them new uniforms. The Roughnecks helmets are the most gawdawful helmets in the entire galaxy. Now I would have missed the Houston franchise if they were the Gamblers, just cause of their cool helmets.![]()
I guess expansion is off the table?
Looks like Boise, Columbus, Orlando and Louisville.
Birmingham who has very good attendance and a long standing fan base.
Are the USFL teams only allowed to move to cities that had OG USFL teams so they can use those nicknames and logos?
Maybe they can create a CFL division with the Sacramento Gold Miners, Las Vegas Posse and Shreveport Pirates.
The UFL website posted an "Account Executive, Ticket Sales & Experience" job position..... in Columbus, Ohio.
Birmingham stays put, says UFL co-owner. So who's moving? And who's moving to Columbus?
I can fully understand that the NFL needs a developmental league, but I don't need to watch it.![]()
The UFL announced the new teams and cities for next year.
No more Houston Roughnecks and those ugly ass helmets!! Yeah!! Glad to see the return to Houston of the Gamblers, who have much better uniforms. LOL
Birmingham Stallions
Columbus Aviators
Dallas Renegades
