Looking at the stat leaders, there's only been one constant starting QB the last five years, but I don't see anyone clamoring for a Jordan Ta'amu jersey. I wonder if localizing the rosters would help any. If you grew up in Virginia or played college ball at Maryland, then you play for the DC team.
