Well, the first one is the 90s Justice League of America TV film (pilot that wasn't picked up, and for good reason), a superb choice for terrible superhero costumes. Had a surprisingly high good cast, like David Ogden Stiers as Martian Manhunter, Michelle Hurd as Fire and Miguel Ferrer as the villain Weather Wizard. Also David Krumholtz in a small role.
THe bottom image seems to be live action version of several characters from Big Bang Comic, who are homages of DC Comics characters. They're drawn in the styles from the Golden Age and Silver Age.
