The unnecessary reboot/remake of the week thread

It would appear that he’s getting sucked into the Diddy orbit of no return.

Unless it’s a different Michael B. Jordan. But I don’t think it is.
Not sure this would cause problems for Jordan.
In the bombshell complaint, Ventura alleged that during a brief breakup in 2015, she had a “flirtatious relationship with an actor” — later identified by media outlets as Jordan — and that after she spent New Year’s Eve with him, Diddy “called the actor and threatened him.”

By the way, if this show is going to have a cliché scenario like other prime video youth tv series and doesn't feel artificial, yes it can continue for at least 3 seasons on prime video and be successful. But I wish they made a tv series starring Reese Witherspoon instead. Or it would be better if they made Legally Blonde 3. Also, Amazon, as the MGM brand, doesn't have any 'rope' to milk and achieve success with 'tv series' other than the Rocky/Creed series, James Bond and Stargate.

Drones, vapes, tablets, cell tower, online order delivery and VR. Welcome to the 2020s. .

I think that the new series adapted from the Legally Blonde and Creed series will be sent to MGM+, a "small digital platform on cable TV and the internet" owned by Amazon in the US, and that they may make these series exclusive to MGM+ in the US before they start broadcasting.

While no release date for “Voltron” has been set, principal photography, which began in December 2024, wrapped recently in Australia. Despite Amazon’s commitment to theatrical exhibition, “Voltron” is going straight to their Prime Video streaming service. “Road House,” another resurrection of a cult 1980s IP, debuted exclusively on Prime Video and was a huge hit, with a sequel, directed by Ritchie, currently in the works.
Voltron movie will be coming to prime video by skipping 'theaters'.

I like how Hank just has a beer and no modern gadget or food from a place that I assume that Bill has ordered from something like DoorDash. Still set in his ways with the only difference is the color of his shirt and grey hair.
