So In the Pale Moonlight won, it wasn't my vote but it is a 10/10 so I can live with it.
I can live with it.
I can live with it.
As the man said, " you've got to play the cards life deals you. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, but at least you're in the game."Boo, I don't like Moonlight. Shouldn't have gone to work, stupid job.![]()
Killing that episode is my mission in life. While I don't like Moonlight ... I can live with it.As the man said, " you've got to play the cards life deals you. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, but at least you're in the game."

I'm not complaining. Voting against all Voyager episodes for not being DS-9 enough is a joy.Oops I thought I posted earlier looks like I did.
Sleep depravation and hot weather is not a good combination.
Testify!I'm not complaining. Voting against all Voyager episodes for not being DS-9 enough is a joy.
See game, recognize game!Testify!
So, I guess the journey went nowhere?Although seeing the disappoint in how the documentary turned out, I don't want to dunk too hard on Voyager.
VOY is still a good show. I like it a lot because there IS a lot to like. But is it better than DS9? Not in this space/time continuum. Not even in the same galaxy.See game, recognize game!

I don't think any of the others could surpass DS9, its quality keeps it securely on its throneVOY is still a good show. I like it a lot because there IS a lot to like. But is it better than DS9? Not in this space/time continuum. Not even in the same galaxy.

What We Left Behind--seeing it the theater with my son, the poster we got (which is still on his wall), getting all sorts of new insights, new things to debate, etc.--was a special experience I would have hoped the Voyager crowd could have had as well. After the documentary, the show felt incredibly fresh and relevant.Voyager came from a proven franchise and universe: Star Trek, the 24th century.
It had an excellent premise: A stranded starship finding its way home through a dangerous galaxy.
It had an outstanding cast: Kate Mulgrew, Robert Picardo, Jeri Ryan, others.
And all this was put in the hands of showrunners who were so inept, they didn't even know that an ensign is supposed to make lieutenant.
Result: A moderately competent show, with moments of brilliance, that fell far shy of its potential.
