Has anyone here had a scam phone call?

I've had a few for investments..... Mostly from NSW it's there and Queensland that are Australia's scam capitals
I must get them occasionaly. I get alot of calls where I don't recognize the number and when that happens I let it go to voicemail. Most don't leave a message but the ones that do usually tell me I quailify for debt relief. I end up blocking alot of numbers.
A lot of Super funds here in Australia, today, well nearly all of them have had a huge cyberattack
I just got YET another call over the years selling me solar paneling with a thick accent. Called me by my name and mocked me. Said 35 right? Glad I did not correct him. He might have been phising. I told him I wanted to speak to his supervisor. He just pretended not to understand me. More mocking so I just hung up. I picked it up because I swear it said something about dentistry when I read it on my phone. Which I was happy to hear the ringing that's why I picked it up in the first place. Because I am waiting for an appointment. Did this happen to anyone ese? I heard that this could happen like some sort of shielding. But how would they know? Can it? I think he called to mock me to get even for telling him to take me off the list TWICE. I do not have a house. But an apartment. What's wrong with these people. If he calls again, I will get his number and notify the god damn police for harassing phone calls.
Does it really matter if your vet is older, what is the actual issue?
"Potential Spam" calls my wife all the time.
