Nate Moore says ‘ARMOR WARS’ is not canceled:“We had to slow down some things that were on the front burner. It doesn't mean we'll never make it, but it does mean we just have to be a little bit more considered so that every time out, audiences are guaranteed quality."

The answer is in the post you quoted: "That said, the jury is still out on how this era of Marvel Studios (which has released a few shaky and/or bad productions) will adapt the FF, or will the heart of the original concept be captured to some degree." The jury is still out. I will need to see a few minutes of the character interactions to get an idea whether or not the movie is getting it right (and of course, the true heart of what made classic FF comics work were the character interactions).
I can understand your trepidations given how the previous 3x Fantastic 4 movies have been major flops in terms of Critic Response & Fan Response.
Hopefully Disney will handle it correctly. I do want it to be a good movie and hopefully Disney understands how to handle the Fantastic Four.

That would give hope to when they eventually will tackle the rest of the Marvel IP that they've recovered from 20th Century FOX like X-Men.

One guy has four fingers. ( Probably a mutant though. You know Disney with all these continuity tie-ins, the mischievous scamps. )

None of those people were holding flags in the original photo, that's why some of the grips are so odd. Most of them were pointing. Mr 4 fingers had his index finger shopped out when they stuck the flagpole in his hand.

That all aside, Sadie Sink proved the last season of Stranger Things that she has a lot of raw talent and I've been hoping she would get opportunities to show off that potential. I'm still mad she didn't get any kind of recognition for her performance in that season.

So I was doing some Googling & apparently, beyond the Spider-Man Franchise & his cast of characters that belong to Sony right now. The Hulk & Namor Characters / IP are owned by Universal Studios for Solo Film release rights.
The relationship between Disney and Universal is a little more convoluted, but in a nutshell, Universal holds the rights to solo films for the two characters, meaning any solo film would have to be distributed by Universal which, in turn, means they get the money.
So the reason you see Marvel only using "Hulk" with other characters / Marvel Movies is because of the complication due to Universal owning Hulk & Namor.

So anytime we see "Hulk & Namor" in a Marvel movie, they have to be paired with other characters in their respective movies.

We'll never get to see Disney have solo "Hulk & Namor" movies until Universal is willing to sell the rights back to Disney.

I guess we're still dealing with the fall-out of the previous person who decided to sell off Marvel Character/IP rights to various Movie studios, even today.

Personally, it's not necessarily the identity of the actor playing Banner that makes TIH such a great movie; it's the story, tone, theme, and structure.

Edward Norton is excellent, yes, but if you swapped him out for Ruffalo but left everything else the same, I think it would still have been a phenomenal movie.

Incidentally and as an aside, I didn't quite realize how much I missed Liv Tyler's Betty Ross until my rewatch, or how much I'm looking forward to her being in Brave New World; here's hoping her return goes better than Natalie Portman's as Jane Foster did, because I don't think I can handle another 'bring the actress back just to kill off the character' situation.

Fun Trek connection with the Hulk: The actress who played Odona of Gideon in "The Mark of Gideon(TOS)" is in this episode of the old CBS series.

Didn't the guy who played Namor have sexual allegations against him? I don't know the details but I get the feeling we're never seeing Namor again.

I'll have to take your word for it, because I don't know any of them. (And they all look so young to me! Couldn't be that I'm getting older....)
I only know Sink, from Stranger Things. Never heard of the other two. They look like the comic characters for the most part.

The X-Men should be young. Especially Kitty, who was like fourteen when she joined. The early comics took place at a prep school after all.

According to Wikipedia's article on Tenoch Huerta:

Controversy on social networks
In June 2023, Huerta was accused of abuse by musician and activist Maria Elena Ríos. Ríos accused him of being a sexual predator and that the Mexico-based activist organization Poder Prieto was deliberately protecting him.[19][20] Huerta has denied the allegations and cited them as the reason for leaving an upcoming Netflix project.[21][22]In 2024, almost a year after the accusations, no judicial complaints have been made.

In August 2024, the actor publicly addressed the allegations against him. Huerta expressed his pain and dismay over the claims, emphasizing that they had significantly impacted his mental health while maintaining his innocence.[23][24]

Following the allegations against him, the actor has received threats of extortion that he has legally reported
The actor maintains his innocence, it's one musician/activist making allegations against him.
So far nobody has brought anything to the government for Judicial Proceedings to go ahead with.

No one's ever explicitly confirmed the contracts never changed, but if everything went according to those original contracts Universal's rights to the Hulk should've expired in 2023. It has been explicitly confirmed that Universal's rights to TIH itself have expired so that's a good sign at least.

The situation around Namor's rights has never been clear at all, unfortunately.

There were dozens of Trek guests in the Bixby/Ferrigno Hulk, from every live-action Trek series from TOS to ENT, and at least one from the movies (Kim Cattrall). They include both the actors who did the Hulk's voice, Ted Cassidy (also the narrator) and Charles Napier. There's some overlap of writers, producers, and directors too.
