DC Cinematic Universe ( The James Gunn era)

Wasn't the big announcement just a post from Momoa? Or was there something more?
Yeah now that you mention I guess that is all it was. It's just that everybody else made a bigger deal out of it.
Momoa's got a big enough fandom that his casting is a big announcement by definition. He's a bit of a star.
That's true, I guess I just would have thought they'd make sure to mention it's just a cameo, so people don't go in expecting to see him in a more of it.

For those of us who, like me, care for logos for some reason:

I've always thought they should embrace the Elseworlds idea.

Isn't that basically what DC screen adaptations have always done, though? Set different shows in different continuities rather than just one? Sticking an "Elseworlds" label on it doesn't really change anything. Not if it's just a brand for adaptations that aren't in the new umbrella continuity, rather than the more What If...?-like approach it stood for in the comics.

That pic is a tantalizing tease from Gunn. Not getting a costume reveal quite yet, I see ....
James Gunn said:
Thrilled to see cameras roll at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden on Supergirl, with Craig Gillespie at the helm and the phenomenal Milly Alcock as our Kara Zor-El. Craig brings an incredible sensibility to this story, and Milly is every inch the unique #Supergirl envisioned by Tom King, Bilquis Evely & Ana Nogueira.

Ulrich's been on some good stuff, and I think I vaguely remember him being pretty good on The Blacklist.

They might have put it together for a special event, they like to have new previews for the year's big movies during big sporting events or award shows.

Superman and the FF on Super Bowl Sunday.

Most likely. Plus tv spots for CA4 and Thunderbolts. I'm feeling we won't get full blown new trailers for those, that Disney will do one long trailer for FF, focus on that for SBS. Cap4 and Thunderbolts have had some attention right now and I think that will keep going.

Has principal photography ended yet for FF?
