This term carries no meaning for me. How are you defining it?
I assume, things that are true in the real world vs things that have been established to be true in the prime universe?
I assume not transporters, warp drive and phasers?
You mean PU as prime universe? Or extensions to science we do not have?
New phrase, but decipherable. A lot post TOS fake science is built on what was established there.
