Neelix, Tom, and Harry are all honorable men, and none are prone to exploiting the innocent and vulnerable (and they've all had the chance). In light of that, I'm giving them all a pass regarding Kes and Linnis.

Speaking of all this, I wonder why the possibility of Harry Kim/Kes pairing is rarely mentioned. They were both unattached in the second part of Season 3, they were good friends (I really liked their scene in "Partition") and, unlike some, Harry seems to respect her in all things... Although, admittedly, he DID ignored her in "Alter Ego" when Kes was in a bathing suit, but he was going after that hologram at the time...
So when Andrew starts dating Naomi, when they look the same age, but a year later he looks like her dad, shouldn't he hook up with Samantha, when actually he's too young for both of them?Harry's like 30 years her senior and basically an uncle.

Naomi Wildman's mum is called Sam Wildman.
She produced "Quick Draw" and "10 Items or Less" which are both excellent underappreciated, and forgotten sitcoms.
It's stuff like this where I wonder what the heck the writers were thinking.
I think "DEADLOCK" is one of the best of early VOY. Good tension, and you never went wrong having Vidiians in an episode.
True. Assuming the Ocampa lifespan was dominant, she'd die at half what we consider the "legal" age.
We know Harry was good with kids from Linnis. So likely as not, he sang to her and played with her, just as he did Andrew. So exploring his inner conflict as he began to see her a different way... it would make an interesting story.Harry's like 30 years her senior and basically an uncle.

That may be part of why they decided to retire the character. And also why B&A happened the way it did. They weren't going to have Kes go through the whole glorious journey of life in 7 years like they planned, so they decided to accelerate the process.
EDIT: In hindsight, I think the Trek writers didn't "get" their audience when they made the decision for Kes to have romances in any context. They figured that her (adult) appearance would let us see past the "creep" factor of her chronological age. But from what I've seen, it doesn't. And I totally understand that.

I really donlt like that. And especially in Star Trek fandom! I mean, how would realtionships between 20 years old look for a Vulcan (ok, if Vulcans were not having arranged marriages). I mean, should we consider relationship between 20 years old Vulcan and 20 years old human right just because, for a human, they're adult at 20 years old?

It's worse in this case. When we humans think "two years old", we think teddy bears, sippy cups, and princess outfits.
Well, most humans. Not myelf. I don;t have a "default" think about age, I always think in the context of it. But then, I am not like most people.
