Trek guest actors in maybe surprising roles

Not an actor/actress in a surprising role, but sound effects. I'm watching an episode of "Mission: Impossible" on MeTV+ called "Encounter" and the IMF are using some familiar Star Trek sound effects to simulate a UFO sighting.

I noticed that too when I did my rewatch years ago. They both pulled sound effects from the same stock library.

So I'm watching Goldeneye, and in the scene where Russian hacker Boris is online doing mischief, his "online" icon is a rotating square with a TOS communicator on one side and a TNG combadge on another

Dig them 1995 graphics!

The next Rawhide after that one, "Judgement at Hondo Seco," featured Kathie Browne and her long neck, in a small role as a saloon girl:

Saw a bit of The Comancheros this weekend while channel-surfing, and there was Michael Ansara in redface.

Spotted two TOS alumni in Hitchcock's MARNIE: Mariette Hartley (as a gossipy office worker) and Meg Wyllie as a housekeeper Tippi Hedren borrows a gun from.

Meg Wylie would later do a few soap operas, minus the MENAGERIE-style intimidation.:borg:

If memory serves, she was held hostage once when she was Mrs. Chisum. (No John Wayne connection there.)

Watching The Satan Bug, which allegedly has Scotty and Stonn in very minor roles, but I haven’t spotted them yet.

Minor League All-Star cast in this one: George Maharis, Ann Francis, Richard Basehart, Dana Andrews, Ed Asner, Frank Sutton and Simon Okland.

Allow me to present my Nine Commandments to the above actors and characters, respectively but respectfully:

Thou shalt not question Spock even in jest, but revert to your Galilieo loyalty-stage.
Thou shalt not question your superior Lenard, nor covet your Nimoy's wife.
Thou shalt go on with whatever you are doing, which involves surfing or stripping of some kind.
Thou shalt not insult Warren Stevens accidentally or on purpose.
Thou shalt not rap Laura Ingalls in your class just because you're a 19th century teacher.
Thou shalt not perish in any plane crashes, nor cause them. Stay away from Efrem Zimbalist, Jr. forever.
Thou shalt do as you desire, as you are intimidating anyway.
Thou shalt take it easy on Gomer, as it will lessen your heart condition.
Thou shalt leave poor Norman alone, not snoop in his Mom's house or go up her stairway.
And I shalt refrain from overloading you all further with non-TREK comments, except to say:
HAIL SATAN BUG!

Creature Features aired this movie about a year ago, and, yes, Scotty does have a minor non speaking role. I'm not going to spoil when in the movie he shows up, but he's pretty obvious.

Any close-ups for him? Doohan's also in a James Garner film with a few lines of dialogue. 36 HOURS if memory serves
