Not an actor/actress in a surprising role, but sound effects. I'm watching an episode of "Mission: Impossible" on MeTV+ called "Encounter" and the IMF are using some familiar Star Trek sound effects to simulate a UFO sighting.

I noticed that too when I did my rewatch years ago. They both pulled sound effects from the same stock library.

Skip Homier popped up on Rawhide again, in the season 4 episode "The Long Shakedown." This time he's actually an agreeable sort, a new recruit to the cattle drive who honestly wanted to do his best at his new job. Circumstances simply turned out that he couldn't stick around past this ep. Nice guy too. Oh well.

Creature Features aired this movie about a year ago, and, yes, Scotty does have a minor non speaking role. I'm not going to spoil when in the movie he shows up, but he's pretty obvious.
