Even Janeway once admitted that, while Q is many things, a liar is not generally one of them.

I like Q. I'd be the one person on the ship genuinely amused. And Q really has no reason to lie.
Even Janeway once admitted that, while Q is many things, a liar is not generally one of them.
Maybe, depends. There's been several times where he was honest and up front. The big problem with Q is he's too quick to snap those dang fingers with a shit eating grin.Q lies, misdirects and obfuscates in service to his purpose. Trusting him is a fool's errand.

What does that even mean? Though I admit I've only watched the occasional CSI episode here and there over the years and most of my knowledge of the franchise comes from Horatio Caine sunglasses memes, I still know enough to know the second season of Picard is not similar to CSI at all.CSI: Picard
Oh, it's just meant to be a cheap joke at the expensive of PIC S2, E4-8. Mid-season, if you walked into an episode without context, it looks more like CSI than Star Trek. What does that even mean? The way you're always going on with this "CSI Picard" business you'd think the entire season was like that Stargate Atlantis episode set in Las Vegas or something.
Except it doesn't. CSI has a unique style to it which is not present in this show at all. That and aside from the Rios on ICE subplot and later Agent Wells, law enforcement is not present in the season at all. And Agent Wells seems more similar to X-Files than CSI.Mid-season, if you walked into an episode without context, it looks more like CSI than Star Trek.
Right, but say you don't watch Star Trek, but you do watch CSI. Your friend is watching Picard S2, mid-season. You sit down to watch part of the episode while you eat. It wasn't a good joke to begin with. You ruined my joke.
I chuckled.wasn't a good joke to begin with.
