A lot of people think Earth is flat. What a lot of people think - no matter how earnestly believed - can often be a joke, as we see in our everyday world.
The sassy robot was the friends we made along the way.You were the sassy robot all along!
Try words, not a meme.
- BUT, do you see how there's an actual discussion point?
- Regarding film and TV, do you think people are getting too focused on diversity?
- Overall, do you think there's still good films and TV that don't get caught up in the "too woke" vs. "not woke enough" craziness?
- You'd feel mislead, wouldn't you?
- #2 A lot of people think homosexuality is lifestyle and thus object to it on that principle. Agree or disagree, does that make sense?
- Straight guy dodging gay romance, gay guy dodging straight romance, is that any different than a dude dodging romance plots in general? It's preference at the end of the day.
- Is it really that big of a deal if X person avoids X content they find objectionable for personal reasons?
- #2 How do you know it's wrong?
- #3 Genetic, hormonal, and environmental factors: what is the scientific evidence to support this?
- If, who, and when I pair up with: this is behavior. Is it not? Genuine question.
- Chilling with a gay friend or relative such as going out bowling and having a great time, but not wanting to watch gay content does not line up with the above definition. Does it?
- Do we live in a society where everyone who disagrees with the majority is a bigot by default?
- If an atheist avoids movies/TV with religious characters, is he a bigot too?
- I take the time to respond to you. Can you give me the same curtesy, please?
- Question: Am I wrong, simply because I disagree with you?
- Am I those other posters? How would you like it if someone treated you the same way you are treating me, making assumptions about you and pushing you into a group you probably don't align with?
- This is totalitarian 1984 thinking, is it not?
At any point, did I say a film or series should be taken down? This is in defiance of free speech which I support. I agree with you that if someone doesn't like a film or a series, there is plenty else to watch.Since I haven't had a sexual relationship with a man in my lifetime, I'm 53, I'm going to say that the state hasn't forced anything on me. As far as entertainment goes, turn the channel if it offends you.
Why? You're a fucking bigot. And, if you keep it up, you'll end up with other bigots someplace else in the near future. Guaranteed.
Absolutely not. That's an opinion, that is not a scientific fact.
And bi. Don't forget bi.Ummm....no it's not. Science has come a long way in the past few decades. Gay people are gay - period. You don't have to like it, but at the same time it shouldn't publicly bother you this much.
If you're going to make a scientific claim, back it up, or I call BS. If there is scientific evidence, go on google, come drop me a link. Convince me, unless that's too much work. And better, more skilled people than us in the worlds of biological and medical science have already done all of that. The Scientific Method has been adhered to.
They're gay. You don't have to set off fireworks and cheer, but you don't have to pee on the parade, either.
Maybe you're a bigot against Christians.

Did I say people can't be gay? No.
Did I say there can't be a movie or series about gay stuff? No.
Did I say people can't have a gay parade? No.
You are arguing against claims I have not made.
I am going to assume you are asking a genuine question. Most people develop toward attraction to the opposite sex so we can propagate the species, ensure a next generation, and not go extinct. This is good for the human species. Some people develop differently. Can a straight person choose to be gay? Yes. Can a gay person choose to be straight? Yes. I believe we are more than just ugly bags of water, more than the sum of our DNA, but the product of who we choose to be. Do you understand?Absolutely not.
When did you choose to be straight?
Do you have a problem with a man asking questions to begin discussions? Now, everybody, the guy's just asking questions. A lot of questions. A lot of leading questions. A lot of disingenuous questions. But heck, Just Asking Questions.
I mean, the OP started by saying, "I watch a lot of conservative stuff on YouTube" and ended the first post with "P.S. I don't want to dive into politics[...]" Really, I should have stopped reading after the first sentence.

Did I argue against equality? If yes, quote me.I meant to mention this. Believes in American freedom, yet uses the name of a French character who would be appalled by what is being posted. A French character who believed in equality.
Can a straight person choose to be gay? Yes.
Do you have a problem with a man asking questions to begin discussions?
Are you prejudice against Conservatives?
