Game DS9 Episode Pitch Game

Cabbages and Kings

Kira and Jadzia travel through the wormhole and experience flashes of events, unable to tell if they are from the past, present, or future.

After a crop failure in a poor Bajoran province, the people blame their leader for handling the situation incompetently.
A new leader steps forward who has radical new ideas on how to improve the process, and possibly prevent this from happening again. However, there are faint rumours he may have collaborated with the Cardassians. These rumours may have been started by a political rival, an old associate of Kira’s.
The situation escalates to the point where he is assassinated, and his rival takes his place.
Kira later finds out it was he who collaborated with the Cardassians.

Dax has been ordered not to interfere, but can't help herself when Dreos ultimately explains that the "friend" is in fact his secret wife, who is pregnant with a clone of him - they can't both leave, so she's "smuggling" his next iteration out. He has not told her that he is dying and can't pass on his memories, as Vorta clones usually do, but he wants them to be free and happy. Dax must decide whether to help, and how...even if it means disobeying orders and leaving the station to help them evade capture.

“Rule of Acquisition #76” - Deep Space 9 is contacted by an ambassador of the Nbrassi, who is leading a delegation to formally make peace between themselves and the Federation after centuries of violent conflict. This thoroughly baffles everyone, who have never heard of the Nbrassi before, nor are there any records of their existence. The crew investigate why the Nbrassi believe they have been locked in combat with the Federation, and learn that the Nbrassi experience time backward (not travel, just backwards linear), so this war will happen in the future...unless they can prevent it from breaking out. Next episode “Silent Explosion”

When a Federation physicist conclusively proves there should be no sound in space, his recommendation is that all the battles in the Dominion War thus far be redone, but correctly this time. The Federation sends his studies to the Cardassians and the Dominion, who don't like it, but can't escape the conclusion.
However, this is deeply frustrating to both Starfleet command and the Dominion, and an armistice is reached within 24 hours, opening the way to more permanent peace talks. When the scientist hears about this, he boasts that 'science trumps war'.

Next episode: Divination.

Meanwhile, Ops suffers a system-wide shutdown, necessitating manual tricorder sweeps throughout the station.

NO! NO! NO!
Stop this sketch. It has gone very silly.
And now for something completely different…

Courtesy Call

Suspiciously, this crook has also had dealings with Garak & much to their mutual distaste, they'll have to work together to outmaneuver him.

The Fate of the First Prophet

When Sisko is at unease with his role, he goes to the Orb of Consultation. This orb sends him into the extremely distant past, a time even before the oldest signs of civilization that archeologists have unbajored. He finds a religion that apparently was completely erased by the sands of time, very different from the modern Bajor religion, much more shamanic, but with one intriguing similarity: the existence of an Emissary that unites the wandering tribes. Sisko learns that he is not the only, or even the first Emissary - it's just that these Emissaries are spaced wider apart in time than written records or even archeologic finds allow society to remember. Sisko realises that even though he plays a pivotal role in the plan of the Prophets, that plan is very much larger than he knew, and that there had been others carrying his burden, and there will be others in his place. Once he realises this, he's back in a flash on the station. Sisko muses whether he was actually there, or that he at least saw a part of (forgotten) real history, or just a 'daydream' sent by the Prophets.

They discover non-corporeal aliens are trying to rebuild their star after a long-ago nova destroyed it. Can they communicate with them in time to stop this disaster?
