I'm pretty sure I lost my money on an order of print-on-demand T-shirts that were promised to be delivered two weeks ago. The retailer's terms of service plainly state they won't refund you after the order was shipped, and I wasn't offered any tracking because the package is not heavy enough to be considered a parcel, so my national postal service won't track it; it's just perpetually stuck at "shipped" without giving any other information. I have no idea if the store screwed up, the post office lost my package, it's stuck at customs, it's stuck at the logistics center, or if they simply stopped delivering my mail because my name isn't on the mailbox (even though that has never been a problem before, considering the vast majority of apartments in my area are rentals). I can't even ask the post office about it because it's not legally my property until they confirm delivery, so I'd have to present the package notice they'd put in my mailbox to pick it up. I wouldn't have better luck with other POD retailers either because they also ship via post, so those could be lost just as well.
