I'd like to claim that ancestry but genetics ruled it out, unfortunately, despite a French last name.

My dad was convinced, as was his family, of extensive French ancestry.

He did the whole history thing and nothing, save for a little French Canadian. More German than anything else, and British Isles.

My paper trail has a path to France, but the genetic trail says no. Mostly English and Scottish with a smattering of German, Swedish, Irish and Welsh.

But there is no way it will come out until after DISCO is finished.

Depending on when LD S5 is slated, they may wait for that to finish up as well.

Trek will be down to 2 shows at that ooint, and Prodigy the only animated one.

Yeah, current prevailing opinion right now says Netflix and P+ likely generated a closed-door agreement to not have Prodigy overlap with another Trek show, despite the fact that it’s on a completely unrelated streaming service now. They won’t ever admit it publicly, but I think it’s the most likely scenario.

Even so, I say the sooner the better. Since I would like a Season 3 to happen, and S2 must be properly aired and hopefully gain an audience.
