what's your local weather?

In my defence, being a Canadian who uses Celsius, the term "80s" doesn't usually bring "temperature" to mind. ;) )

Well, since my typist lives in the state of Florida, the local weather is just that: Florida. Florida weather is a creature of it's own. You never know what you'll get.
A thousand times, THIS. ^^^
It's hot here. Hot, disgustingly humid, and no rain.

I made a comment at work yesterday about stepping outside to get some fresh air. After a coworker asked why I would want to do that to myself, I replied, "It's OK. I brought a snorkel."

Had a bitch of a storm yesterday but my neighborhood escaped completely unscathed. Some parts of the city got really hammered with multiple small tornadoes,

My town in the 'burbs just got tons of rain, but we don't even have puddles on the roads today

It's about 10c and cold. Seems there is some sun trying to break through when I looked outside - not that I am planning on going anywhere today.

It was actually fairly cloudy for most of the day, and got pretty windy for a while. We even got maybe 1 minute to 30 second of rain, which is a cause for celebration right now.
We also got maybe 5 or 10 minutes total of rain on I think it was Friday or Saturday. It in two short bursts, and the second one was actually enough to get the ground wet for maybe a couple hours.
One nice thing about living here is even when we got a pretty sold rainfall, by the end of the day eventhing is completely bone dry and you would never have known it rained early. I don't think handle living somewhere where it was constantly wet and muddy for days or weeks at a time.

I hope we don't combust. Here it will be 91 F with 73% humidity.
Haven't had any rain for months and every time it looks like we'll get some it dissipates before it gets here.
The almost too hot now to enjoy the beach bars in the evening since there's not much of a cooling sea breeze. The only upside is not having to dodge thunderstorms yet.

Just turned on Weathernation to see what is going on in the Midwest. Stay safe all. It looks really bad.

In the Bay Area, it's been a very nice weekend.
