what's your local weather?

We got a ton of rain early yesterday morning, I woke up around both 1AM and 2AM to the sound of it pouring outside my window. We got a little more later in the morning, and then by the afternoon it stopped except for a tiny bit in the even. Today we're back to sunny and clear, but I'm not sure how warm it got, probably in the '70s.

More severe weather expected

In addition to eclipse day—today is the 26th anniversary of the Oak Grove Alabama F-5 maxi-twister.

More pleasant funnels

We're in a typical Florida springtime pattern. Temps in the 80s, light breezes, abundant sunshine, and not a drop off rain to be had for the next ten days or more.

Thick fog—so thick you can barely see the signals while sitting at the intersection.
(And of course, a f*ck-ton of idiots on the road with no lights on at all.)

I hear ya! It's the same here.
It is raining this evening and looks like rain for most of the coming week. Gotta keep the swamps...uh...swampy.

Haha, we've probably had the last rain we'll get for a couple months, if not longer.
We've been mostly in the mid to high '90s, but today we cooled down a little, and it's very windy.
Our weather these last few years has been really frustrating, we used to get a few weeks or maybe even a month or so where we got temps in the '70s and low '80s, but now it's seems like we only get a few days like that before we get the upper '90s and 100.

Had several confirmed tornadoes in the area last night. My house and family are ok, but there's damage all over the area, and all the schools are now closed for the day. Mostly power lines and trees down, with some falling on houses and cars. Not sure how bad it is yet.
