Have Adira and Gray spilt up?

Have Adira and Gray split up?
No, they have not. I don’t hope they will, but I can see them going there. And if you think about it, that would actually be somewhat realistic, considering how young Adira and Gray are supposed to be and the fact that they now have a long distance relationship.

Ideally I’d keep Adira on the show and also bring back Gray, but please do something substantial with them.

Nope.

I was struggling to remember the one on TV last week as a person, and completely forgot that they had a significant other to frolic with.

I was also surprised for the tenth time that Garry Mitchel is asian, and they have done NOTHING with him, or that they fixed the pretty ginger pilot's bung eye ball.

Jett Reno I care about, although Tig was on @Midnight a month ago, and the host asked her "What have you got on coming up soon?" and Tig forgot to mention Discovery, so does she not care about Discovery, or was she fired?

Although in terms of representation the Adira/Gray relationship is quite an important one.... the execution of it on screen feels quite lacking. I never felt any real connection like I do with Stameth and Culber. I quite like the character of Adira, thanks to a very good performance in my opinion. But I feel the character of Gray falls flat thanks to a performance that I feel is lackluster.

Starfleet's going to need a recruitment office on Trill if they don't have one yet...

Agreed they feel very new to acting.

I don't think they're that new.

Discovery was Blu del Barrio's first television role after acting school, although they have apparently acted in theatre performances since childhood.

Ian Alexander only has credits going back four years before he started with Discovery.

I was referring to Alexander specifically. And they did have a recurring television role, so I thought they must have some experience.

I have no complaints about Blu's performance at all.

I watched The OA because I wanted to see if Buck is different from Gray, and he does not have a big role, sadly

See, I have the opposite opinion. I feel like Grey is more engaging as a character and has a more vibrant personality. To me Adira is not bad, just kinda "meh".
