Question for everyone watching this on SkyShowTime....

I'm Dutch and I can watch Discovery on SkyShowTime. However, we only got episode 1, and according to SkyShowTime on Facebook, epiosde 2 will be dropped on the 12th. This means that in the Netherlands, we'll always be behind 8 days compared to the USA.

I was wondering, anyone else in Europe with SkyShowTime that has the same thing?

I asked them through social media and their response was that this is the schedule they agreed on with Paramount. Makes little sense to me, but fine.

I think the difference in the release schedule of episodes in the Netherlands is due to the peculiarities of licensing content for a particular region or the process of localization and preparation of materials for showing on local channels. This may also be due to technical or organizational reasons, such as delays in receiving and processing content for display on SkyShowTime.

In new Zeland the public Channel have It streaming free(with a VPN). They put the episodes the same day as p+. The only problem with the license was skyshowtime want paíd less for It.

So, good news!! I pestered them a bit about on Facebook, and SkyShowTime Netherlands was able to confirm that episodes 2 AND 3 will drop next Friday, syncing the schedule with the USA.
I assume this will be for all of Europe.

How lucky you are that they answer you! I tried the same with the Spanish branch and they have not even deigned to answer

Great news..!!! I'm still thinking they messed up somewhere, due to the two episode-drop of E01 and E02, glad they're ctaching up now..!

I agree that that is the most likely scenario aswell.
