She likes her mom’s hair ties. She will bring one to me to slide across to floor so she can chase it. Sometimes this will go on for 20-30 minutes.

It’s hilarious. I had no idea cats would play fetch.

Try milk jug rings too. Spin them on their edge on a hard floor and watch the fun...

I solved my problem with the cat pooping directly on the litter box lid. I opened the front of the box to make it front-entry, but now I've created a new problem with how much litter he kicks out.
