I love doing Fan Art especially mixing my own work with AI support to create something better, and its almost always for Star Trek so I want to share it in one place rather than in random posts, so I am creating this thread. Criticism (and compliments) are always welcome.

I do things to make myself smile, not to make money so if you have personal opinions on whether AI art is art .... sorry I don't care?

Starting with my profile picture. Let's just say he was having quite the illogical day.

They are all random people, not famous or anything. Although I actually think the woman on the right resembles Selena Gomez

That’s your opinion and you’re entitled to it of course, but I can’t and won’t have you go around insulting people’s work around here. This is clearly someone who doesn’t just feed an AI with a prompt and be done with it, as most pieces seem to have composited elements in them that were added manually. So while I personally have my problems with AI imagery, too, I’ll nip this in the bud and ask you to either post without saying something that can be read as an insult to a person’s work or don’t post at all.

Stuff like that is also completely unnecessary and I don't want to see it again. The moment you post your pieces here it’s with the understanding that there might be people who are not liking what they are seeing and will tell you so. It’s my job to keep it civil, but I can’t – and frankly don’t want to – stop people from giving opinions on what you post.

I could see about three different ships that could be casting shadows. I wasn't certain WHICH cloud shadows we were supposed to be looking at. Can you tell us?

Maybe I was too subtle I found it hard to make it look like a real shadow and maintain its shape

I think it's that treeline off starboard of the saucer section that throws it off a bit, plus the trees on the port side. Cute.
