Clearly they disagree to the tune of how ever many extra millions it will take to reshoot.

Daredevil did show up from the first episode, he just didn't wear the suit, and just worked as Matt Murdock.
We still don't really know the numbers yet

Correction in what manner? I believe a major course correction (which is what would be required if The Marvels is a disaster at the box office) would be difficult for any franchise that adheres to formulas like the MCU.
Not only that, but MCU has not gotten were it is by "course correcting" due to a perceived bombing. They set up their course, and move along it with little concern. It takes its hits and moves on.

I've largely been negative on the MCU for a while, but even I recognize that a few stumbling blocks are not going to cause the kind of panic for Marvel Studios that they would with other studios.

I honestly believe most consider it good enough, but complaining and wishing for the MCU's demise is more fun.
It's not fun for me. It's tiring and obnoxious.
It's gotten to the point where those Internet Grifters are actually being called out for their vileness by other content creators.
Agreed, but being angry gets more attention, more reactions, and online video creators get some clicks.
This was already posted several pages ago. And while the headline is absolutely true, the article is laughably unprofessional and includes heavy doses of totally unsupported musings and suppositions and at least one massive lie (regarding the 2023 box office numbers).
It depends what their thinking is. Do they have a long term plan that bringing Iron Man and Cap back for is the jumpstart for, or are they just looking for a quick win that will perk things up briefly before they drop again? Look at what Russell T Davies is doing with Dr Who, bringing back Tennant (not my favourite modern Doctor but arguably the most popular modern Doctor) for a hit of nostalgia and to get people interested in the show again, but it's clearly been designed as part of the launchpad for a new Doctor going forward. Tennant is merely the torchbearer for Ncuti Gatwa.
If Marvel were to use RDJ and Evans in that way it could work, use Cap and Iron Man to perk up interest but primarily to showcase some new, or even existing, heroes, who'll take the MCU forward into a new golden era. I would agree with you that sadly past experience suggests this likely isn't their plan.
Indeed, hence the continued, unhinged screaming about Snyder/DCEU, now running for a decade.
If you means Evans would be brought back to take on the Captain America role, that would be the worst move / "look" Disney will ever make; it would send a loud and clear message that Sam Wilson was--at the end of it all--not "good" enough, playing right into the hands of those who argue Wilson is not the "real" Captain America. I'm almost certain none of that would sit well with Anthony Mackie, and certain parts of the movie-going public.
