EDIT Ninjad, Guess that's what I get for thinking things over for a minute before posting. And not paying attention and noticing there was another page to the thread.
That top image isn't the actual set. It's a cropped image of a fan's mockup render based on the set leak.Not sure if this is real or another mock-up but I note that the recently released photos of Tennant standing in front of a circular doorway definitely are on the TARDIS set.
Harry Amatt, creator of that mockup, has a page about it on their personal website. That image is a crop of the third render on that page.
