Age 87. Lost in Space was a big part of my childhood and I still watch it to this day. Goofy but fun and Mark was a big part of that.

If you want to watch him in a non LOS role, I would recommend "Blue Sunshine", where he plays a politician running for higher office who was involved in a LSD experiment with deadly side effects.

Oh, damn. I'd seen him at three separate conventions over 20 years. He and June Lockhart both popped up in QUINCY episodes....(three in her case)

Coincidentally I'd broken out the first year BluRay this weekend while listening to his joint commentary for RETURN TO OUTER SPACE with Kristen, Cartwright and Mumy.

I still remember his third-year episode where he's trapped underground with Smith and temporarily forgives everything. Due to the music it seemed strangely moving then.

Good Massachusetts guy. He's lived here for the last few decades and was a special ed teacher. He would come on local talk shows every year when Comic Con came to Boston.
