Random Thoughts...or...What's on Your Mind?

Electric cars are actually cool.

1) I don't drive.
2) they only make that Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee~ noise as they take off.
3) There's nothing more annoying now than hearing a combustion engined vehicle outside your window, even a car makes so much noise let along a larger vehicle like a bus or a truck.
4) I think that there's going to be a noise pollution related mental health crisis soon in regards to non-electric vehicles. Live in the country for a week and then go back to the city, you will be considerably more annoyed by the sounds on offer.
5) They sap the financial strength of people you know due to the increased initial cost and maintenance fees, which means that you can go on more holidays/etc than they can, so you can act more cultured as they struggle.

I finally got fed up with the frequent jamming and poor accuracy of the gun I had. That's about it. I've traded it in toward a TT-33, which will hopefully function more consistently.

Not sure but maybe you should have cleaned it more often, granted that I have not looked up the profile or accuracy of that one, i wish you good 'punching' w/ the new one none the less.

Thank you..
I partially disassembled, cleaned, and oiled it after every use. I also replaced the magazine and recoil springs. Still no difference. According to multiple gun forums, the problem is with post-war export versions of the HSc chambered in .380. The original German models in .32 supposedly function splendidly.

My Aquarium ticket “protects right whales.” Well ain’t that a relief. At least it doesn’t protect the wrong ones!

Actually and ironically, that’s how the species was ‘named’ (commonly, I suppose - not the Latin name).

IIRC, It was considered to be the ‘right type of whale’ for the best oil and blubber on the commercial market, according to the whalers. As in, ‘Not that one, the right (correct) one to kill is that one over there.’

Cheers,

I think I heard somewhere that it also had something to do with the way they floated when they died making it easier to deal with them after they killed them.

I'm actually kind of scared of EVs, it seems like even he slightest accident is enough to get you an EV car-b-que.

I won’t get an electric car until there are a LOT more charging stations.

Even though the longest drive I have a chance in :censored: of taking, is Omaha to Kansas City, I’m not convinced I could make the drive. Do they even HAVE charging stations in KC, or anywhere along the way? Uh uh. Not taking the chance.

Looking at some reviews for media and I'm blown away by ratings given, it's like some Rotten Tomatoes critic money-for-ratings corruption shit. 8.5's, etc.

HOW!? What's on offer is literal dogshit!

A lot of people are too kind if I'm honest, they thirst to be "fair and objective" as their abusers laugh at them. Viewers give in their minds a fair judgement, taking into account things such as visuals, sound, etc.

It's not cruel or unfair to be unwilling to give something points for trying a modicum in side aspects, if the story blows and the characters suck then in my opinion it's not unreasonable to disqualify it from receiving any pity points whatsoever which is what they are if we're completely honest.

I'm going to give something that's a steaming pile of excrement a 3 or 4 because it might have "kind of nice art" or I like a particular director?

No.

At least we get to blame Elon Musk for it all.

Why DSC ever named a university after a scumbag like that...I guess we'll never know. :sigh:
