What happened to Star Trek Magazine

Does anyone know if there's a way to get back issues of the digital supplement? I only recently discovered that there's fiction in the magazine, and that there is even more in the supplement.

I just emailed customerservice@titanpublishingusa.com and asked them for the issues that I missed an they sent me links to all of them, but didn't answer my question about how I'm actually supposed to be getting them normally, do they come in an email or is there a feed somewhere that I neglected to subscribe to? A site to log in to read them? The links they sent to me didn't appear to be password protected at all.

I typically get an email with a link to a PDF file. "Click here to read and download."

Just got my copy in the mail, which was a pleasant surprise. I'd thought when I let my subscription lapse the previous issue would be my last one, because of their unclear customer service website. And now, Titan and I shall dance our last little dance as I email them to let them know they forgot to send me the digital supplement again.

It's going to be really great to just buy the short stories in a book.

^ Same here!

I actually got two copies of the email again. Not sure why I'm getting two now, but it's better than zero, so I'm not going to rock the boat.

I don't understand why this is always so frustrating. I recently received a notification that it was time to renew my subscription after having received one magazine. Then the most recent issue arrived a few days ago, but I don't think I received digital supplements for either of them. Not sure whether I have two issues left on my subscription or whether I never received the first one and have one more. Feel like in this day and age I should be able to log into my account and see which four issues should be covered by my subscription and find the digital supplement link right there.

Edit: looks like I haven't received a digital supplement since Issue 3, and since a subscription is supposed to be 4 issues that strikes me as weird.

I’ve been subscribing digitally through Zinio for many years now (ever since the September 2011 issue of “Star Trek: The Official Magazine”, when I switched all of my print magazines subs to digital only, my TwoMorrows mags, too) as, at the time, that’s where I was directed to do so. I’ve had occasional issues with remembering to renew my subscription a couple times in the past but am on auto renew. I get the exclusive digital supplements at the same time that I get the main issue, in the back. I guess I didn’t realize that there are others subscribing to it other ways now.

My physical copy of issue 9 arrived yesterday. That's pretty good, considering it seems to just be coming out in the US now, and I usually get mine a couple weeks later!

Realized I didn't post the details of the stories for issue 9:

Issue 9 stories:
  • Work Worth Doing, by Keith R.A. Candido
An all-new Star Trek: Discovery story focusing on President Rillak.
  • The Trouble with Jones, by Greg Cox
Captain Kirk has an unexpected encounter with an old foe…
  • Sundering, by David Mack (digital supplement)
A story set in Vulcan’s ancient past.
  • Academy Acquisition, by Jake Black (digital supplement)
A Starfleet Academy story centered on Nog.

Does anyone know which stories will be included in the upcoming Star Trek Explorer: The Mission and Other Stories collection? Amazon doesn't have an image of the book's contents page.

I don't know the entire contents, but I believe I have two TNG Stories in that book: "Scramble," a holodeck yarn involving Dixon Hill and Durango, and "Pulaski 2.0," a story about Doctor Pulaski.
